Prior to joining Provenance, Paula worked closely with several leading international brands and multibillion-dollar private equity firms. Previously, she was Operating Partner at TSG Consumer Partners, where she helped source and diligence new investment opportunities in apparel and retail and oversaw operational and management strategy at portfolio companies that included Revolve, Forward by Elyse Walker and Backcountry. Prior to joining TSG, Paula served as Global President of Diane von Furstenberg (DvF), where she led the company’s transformative growth into an international lifestyle brand and executed a successful omnichannel expansion strategy to scale the business globally to more than $300 million in revenue.
