Sarah Willersdorf is a Partner and Managing Director in the New York office of Boston Consulting Group. She has worked in BCG's New York, London, Paris, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne offices. As the Global Head of Luxury for BCG, Sarah works extensively across luxury, fashion and beauty globally. Her work includes growth strategies (domestic and international), brand transformations, distribution strategy, innovation work and marketing transformations. She has worked for public, private and private equity-backed companies. Sarah also works extensively in private investment and M&A and has completed more than 50 due diligences for private equity and strategic buyers in luxury, streetwear, skincare, beauty and content creation.
Sarah was previously CMO for Diane von Furstenberg, where she ran marketing and creative services. She is a member of the Board of the Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and an avid angel investor and advisor at the intersection of tech and fashion/beauty (including StyleSage, Hawthorne and AREA). Sarah holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BCom in finance and a BFA from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
