After 17 years with Kenneth Cole Productions, Bloom joined Elie Tahari as Retail President, leading Tahari's retail and e-commerce business and playing an instrumental role in defining the merchandising strategies for the Tahari wholesale business.
In 2005, Bloom joined Michael Kors as President of Retail to develop a consumer-direct strategy for the design house. In 2013, she was promoted to Group President. While still running the retail business, Bloom was charged with developing an innovative digital strategy that would scale globally and that is now present in more than 25 countries across North America, Europe and Asia.
