Karen Katz was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer, Neiman Marcus Group. Neiman Marcus Group is a leading international omni-channel retailer of luxury and fashion merchandise with its two prestigious brands – Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. Katz worked for the Neiman Marcus Group for 33 years in a variety of positions, 9 years as President and the final 8 years as CEO. While CEO, she led the company through its digital transformation as well as a focus on customer engagement, both in store and online.

Today, Katz spends time serving on three public company boards: Humana Healthcare (Chairs the Nom/Gov/Sus Committee), Under Armour and The RealReal (Chair of the Board). She also serves on the Boar of two private companies: ROKT, a retail media marketplace, and Holt Renfrew, the luxury department store in Canada.

She is an advisor to consumer-focused companies as well as being involved in her philanthropic activities in her hometown of Dallas, Texas.

Katz enjoys riding her Peloton, reading, cooking, watching football and traveling the world with her husband Alan. Alex and April, her son and daughter-in-law, live in Los Angles where Alex has a mental health care company called Two Chairs.
